Born in 2009 and founded by Juan Carlos Herrero, GRUPO314 wants to be the link to close the circle and coordinate the different agents involved in a construction site, offering a global service according to the size of each project. This is only possible with the exceptional and multidisciplinary team that makes up our urban planning, architecture, engineering and design studio. All members of GRUPO314 team contribute with all their individual experience and good work, accumulated over the years in extensive professional careers, to a common goal: to achieve success in each project.
